Vsync you can leave on or turn off that is up to whoever, and if you want it off you only need to edit GameUserSettings.ini and change the line bUseVsync from =True to =False and save it normally, again no need to use read-only. Then you save it normally no need for all those extra lines and you never to, nor should you, set read-only on an ini file. To remove the 62FPS cap the only thing you need to do is add these two lines to Engine.ini: You copy and pasted from someone that doesn't know what they're talking about so I thought I'd let you know the correct way so you can use that for yourself and in the future when helping others.
