This is not sweetfx preset but you might like it

Found a whole list of them for Skyrim here just from a Google search. From what I know most/all of the SweetFX presets are fairly performance-friendly (compared to ENBs). Preset, Added, By, Screenshots, Downloads, Shader. And choose between 3 OR 4: #include "\NB SFX Presets\Skyrim in Color - VERSION X.txt". To change between versions edit: SweetFX_preset.txt. 
Also removed a setting that made dark colors even darker, and tweaked a pair of things. This one has less vibrance for more subtle change, still very noticeable.
This is a sweetfx preset that is around the same level of quality as a enb without a enb and performance wise it runs about the same as ICBINE 3 i run this on my Mid 2011 mac mini with a Intel HD 3000 graphics card and 4 gb ram. SweetFX game notes: This SweetFX preset vastly improves the overall visuals of Skyrim with hardly any loss in frame rate. I use SweetFX for Skyrim because it offers fairly nice visuals with relatively low performance cost. 
If you have ENBoost installed and some bright lights or textures look over bloomy, this fix may help! Description: A well performing preset for SweetFX that looks great.

There isn't much to say here except this is a SweetFX mod that injects shaders into a game to bring more life into it. A SweetFX preset designed to look a bit like Project ENB, other people's Skyrim playthroughs and drool over their graphical presets.
